The primary box we ship is sized at 74x44x30cm (30x17x12") and can weigh up to 23kg (51lb). It may contain up to:
1 x Base unit
1 x Row accessory
1 x SUP paddle
1 x Ski accessory
1 x Kayak paddle
Ankle straps, swim accessory and rubber handles
Anything additional, or single item, purchases will ship either in their own master cartons or a smaller box with multiple items.

Pre-orders and crowdfunded orders all ship via ocean and air from Hong Kong. Purchases made on whipr.com after September 17 2021 ship to the following countries and methods:

Purchases made on whipr.com do not include international duties, GST, PST or VAT. These country specific taxes may be charged by the purchasers country and will be due to your local customs office, last mile shipping courier or postal office upon delivery.
